2  Report of Plan Commission Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting on August 4, 2008:

     A.   Public Hearing for the Consideration for Approval of Zoning Code Text Amendments, Special Use Permits, Variations and any other Zoning Relief Necessary to Permit the Installation and Maintenance of Personal Wireless Services Antennae, Personal Wireless Services Facilities, and an Antenna Support Structure, at a Height Not to Exceed 200 feet, on the Property Located at the Address Commonly Known as 0 Lakeside Drive, Bannockburn, Illinois, Submitted by the Village of Bannockburn.

     B.  Public Hearing for the Consideration for Approval of a New Special Use Permit, and Approval of any other Zoning Relief Necessary to Permit the Maintenance of a Tree House located at 1330 North Avenue, Bannockburn, Illinois, Submitted by Phil and Jane Mullins.

3.  Report of Architectural Review Commission Meeting on August 18, 2008:

     A. Continued Consideration of a Request of Approval for (1) Demolition of the Existing Residence, (2) New 10,565 Sq. Ft. Home, (3) Gazebo (4) Tennis Court, (5) Sport’s (Basketball) Court, (6) Exterior Lighting Plan, and (7) Landscaping Plan for 1735 Wilmot Road, Submitted by Jeff and Joanne Burgess.

     B. Consideration for Approval of a Tree House Located at 1330 North Avenue, Submitted by Phil and Jane Mullins.

     C.  Consideration of a Request for Approval of the Replacement of a Window with a New Door Entrance at the Petersen Wing at Trinity International University, located at 2065 Half Day Road and 2075 Half Day Road, Submitted by Trinity International University.

     D.  Consideration of a Request for Approval of a 1,257 Sq. Ft. First Floor Addition at the Existing Residence located at 6 Bannockburn Court, Submitted by David and Mary Friedman.

     E.  Consideration of a Request for Approval of Modifications from Previously Approved Turn-Around Driveway to a Circular Driveway at 22 Aberdeen Court in the Tarns of the Moor Subdivision, Submitted by Orren Pickell Builders for Paul and Susan Toback.

     F.  Consideration of a Request for Approval of Modifications to a Previously Approved Plan at the Existing Residence at 3000 Telegraph Road, Submitted by Dino and Jelena Krupa.

    G.  Ratification of an Approval of the Installation of a New 72’ Length x 6’ Height Stockade Fence and a 263’Length x 4’ Height Open Fence to Replace an Existing Fence, and the Installation of Previously Approved Lamp Posts and Entrance Light Fixtures at the residence located at 2200 Stirling Road, Submitted by Donald von Fennig Wrobleski.
